Prices

1. All Prices include 20% VAT. 
2. All prices are in GBP (British Pounds) .
3. We, Google Chckout, Paypal Express Checkout use a secure server to process your transactions. 

Delivery

1. Deliveries to the UK take approximately 5 working days for standard delivery, we aim to dispatch all items within 48 hours starting. We currently do not deliveries to customers outside the UK. 
2. In the case there is a delay we will notify you through e-mail, we shall not accept liability for late delivery by the carrier. 
3. All custom duties and taxes applicable within a foreign territory shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer. 
4. Claims for shortages or damages will only be accepted if we are notified buy letter or e-mail (see 'contact us') within 28 days from the receipt of the goods. If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect then please return it within 28 days in its original packaging. 
5. Free delivery promotions are standard delivery and can take up to 5 working days.
6. A signature may be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery.
7. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Complaints

We aim to respond to customer complaints within 48 hours. All complaints are treated in the strictest of confidence, fairly and effectively by our customer services department. If by any chance your complaint has not been dealt with effectively or within 48 hours, (unless further time is needed to elucidate the position) you may wish to proceed to the Customer Services Manager (see 'contact us' for address on homepage).
